My heat and air was replaced 6-7 years ago. I had it maintenance yearly but never to the extent that Hot & Cold Equipment Services, LLC had done. They actually pulled the entire casing off of the air conditioner and sprayed a cleaner on all the coils. The coils were black but now nice and silver like they are suppose to be. They also cleaned the debris out of rhe bottom of the air handler. This has never been done and I didn't know it was supposed to. Also they came in the house and checked the registers and returns to make sure the right temperature of air was coming out!
Being a senior I guess some companies try and take advantage of people. But NOT this company. The technicians were very professional, respectful and explained things to me making me feel completely piece of mind. It was like they were working on their own personal system.
Prices are very reasonable and I definitely will be calling them from here on. Thank you Hot & Cold Equipment Services, LLC for a job well done. BZ

My AC system quit cooling!! Recieved 3 quotes to replace entire system. The best price with the best warranty came in from Hot & Cold Equipment Services. We were blessed to have wonderful young man named Sam to come to our house to quote the replacement of the old system. He was very thorough in detailing everything that they would replace and offered three different levels of equipment. We chose the mid range system for the price and warranty. Sam, Curtis and Frank came out three days later and installed the new AC system. My house is 43 years old: temp was never the same in any of the rooms and temp had to be set very low in summer just to keep the livingroom cool. Now our new thermostat is set on 72 and every room is within one degree. After 43 years our house is finally comfortable. Before I forget, I also want to thank Miss Trina for coming out to our home to help complete the paperwork. Very good people with great customer service. I will recommend these folks to anyone! I had another HVAC company come out twice, with two technicians each time, but they still couldn’t figure out the issue with my AC unit.

Sam initially started troubleshooting with his technician over the phone, then decided to come out in person. Once he got there, the difference was clear. He was up there like a general, calling things out and systematically working through it step by step until he figured out the root of the problem. He was locked in and wasn’t going to leave until it was figured out and fixed.

I was genuinely impressed and truly appreciate the effort. You can tell he has complete knowledge of his craft and takes his work and business seriously. The price was very reasonable as well.

Timely response to our walk-in freezer not working. Made repairs without much down time.

This is an outstanding company. Being without heat on one of the coldest days of the year was not exactly what I had planned for the day. And, unfortunately I did not discover heat was not working until late afternoon. I called Hot & Cold and certainly did not expect to have their technician show up that evening to diagnose the problem. Keith promptly determined the issue and the heat was working shortly thereafter. Their understanding of the need and their professionalism will have me call with all our HVAC needs.
